Inspiration Farms – Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Inspiration Farms. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing & Production Times

Because our premium dietary supplements and functional foods are custom-fulfilled and packaged on demand via our manufacturer's warehouse, your order goes through a brief production phase before it leaves the warehouse.

Processing Window: All orders are typically processed, packed, and handed off to the shipping carrier within 2 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed.
Operating Hours: Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or major federal holidays.
High Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a seasonal peak, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or phone.

2. Shipping Destinations & Boundaries

Domestic Shipping Only: Inspiration Farms currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. Territories, or international freight forwarding companies at this time.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to domestic PO Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses; however, please note that shipping delivery windows to military bases may take longer than standard domestic times depending on carrier routing.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Current Promotional Rates: We are pleased to initially offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to valid addresses within the United States.
Right to Modify: Inspiration Farms reserves the right to change, modify, or end this free shipping promotion and implement standard tiered shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Any changes to shipping rates will be updated immediately on this page and clearly displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Once processed and handed over to the carrier (typically USPS, FedEx, or UPS), standard domestic shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Tracking Emails: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your active tracking number(s) once your order has been packaged and the carrier label is scanned at the fulfillment center.
Tracking Activation: The tracking number will typically become active and show movement within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's portal linked in the email.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Carrier Issues

Inspiration Farms is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party mail carriers, but we want to help ensure you get your products.

Damaged Shipments: If you receive your order and the packaging is severely broken or damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photographs immediately and contact our customer care team at Info@tninspirationfarms.com within 30 days so we can file a claim with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement for you.
Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Inspiration Farms is not responsible for lost packages or items delivered incorrectly due to customer typos or outdated address information provided during the checkout process.
