SECTION 5 - TRUEMED & HSA/FSA PAYMENTS

If you choose to utilize the TrueMed payment or evaluation integration to purchase products using an HSA or FSA card, or to seek subsequent reimbursement, you acknowledge and agree that:

TrueMed Independent Services: TrueMed operates independently to evaluate IRS Section 213(d) eligibility. Inspiration Farms does not guarantee that your specific HSA/FSA administrator will approve a reimbursement claim.
Letters of Medical Necessity (LMN): Any LMN issued via TrueMed’s network of licensed practitioners is based entirely on the health information you provide during your assessment. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted health information is accurate and honest.
Transaction Record Retention: You are responsible for maintaining copies of invoices, product receipts, and corresponding LMNs for your own personal tax compliance and auditing purposes.

SECTION 6 - SUPLIFUL FULFILLMENT, MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Fulfillment Partner: Our products are manufactured and custom-fulfilled on demand via our partner network, Supliful. Because orders are submitted automatically to production upon receipt, we cannot guarantee cancellations or shipping modifications once an order has been finalized at checkout.

SECTION 7 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Any legal action arising from your use of this Service must be filed in the courts located in Hickman County, Tennessee.
